Know your LEXOR TOUCH lock

Charge the lock before first use and learn the LED signals before registering fingerprints.

Important

Before any fingerprint is registered, the lock may open with any finger. After registration, only stored fingerprints can unlock it.

First fingerprint = administrator

The first fingerprint you save becomes the administrator fingerprint.

Up to 10 fingerprints

Fingerprints 2 through 10 are user fingerprints. Administrator confirmation is required to add or delete fingerprints.

10+ touches

During registration, press the same finger 10 times or more while slightly changing the finger angle.

Blue

Setup or fingerprint-entry mode.

Green

Success, confirmation or charging status.

Red

Error, repeated finger position or failed authorization.

User-fingerprint adding / authorization sequence.

Set the administrator fingerprint

The first fingerprint saved becomes the administrator and is used to authorize later changes.

Enter administrator setup

After unlocking, press and hold the fingerprint sensor with any finger until the blue light stays on. Then release your finger.

Register the same finger

Place the same finger on the sensor more than 10 times. Change the angle slightly each time so different parts of the fingertip are scanned.

Red light = repeated position. Adjust your finger and continue.

Wait for confirmation

When the green light stays on for about 2 seconds and then turns off, the administrator fingerprint has been saved successfully.

Add a user fingerprint

User fingerprints require administrator authorization before they can be stored.

Open user-add mode

After unlocking, press and hold the sensor with any finger until the red and blue lights flash alternately. Release your finger.

Authorize with the administrator fingerprint

Touch the sensor with the administrator fingerprint to confirm authorization.

Red light = authorization failed. Try the administrator fingerprint again.

Register the new user

Place the new user's finger on the sensor 10 times or more, slightly changing the angle each time.

Red light = repeated position. Adjust your finger and continue.

Registration complete

The green light stays on for about 2 seconds and then turns off when the fingerprint has been saved successfully.

Delete stored fingerprints

Deletion requires the administrator fingerprint.

Enter delete mode

After unlocking, hold the administrator fingerprint on the sensor until the red light flashes. Release your finger and continue immediately.

Red flashing = delete mode

Confirm deletion

Touch the sensor again with the administrator fingerprint. A steady red light confirms successful deletion.

Steady red = success. Red flashing = failed; try again.
Important

After deleting fingerprints, register the administrator fingerprint again before normal use.

Battery & charging

Use standard 5V USB-C charging. Do not use fast charging or high-voltage chargers.

Low power warning

If the green indicator flashes when you touch the fingerprint sensor, the battery is low. Charge the lock soon.

Green flashing = low battery

Charging

Open the USB-C charging cover, connect a DC 5V / 200mA charger and charge for about 1.5 hours. When charging is complete, the green light turns off.

Charging safety

After charging, unplug the cable and close the silicone charging cover to help keep water and dust out. Do not use fast charging or high-voltage charging.

Electronic key

The electronic key is used for emergency unlocking and restoring factory settings.

Bind the electronic key

The first time you use the key, insert it into the lock's charging port and touch the fingerprint sensor with any finger. The green light flashes for about 2 seconds when binding is successful.

Emergency unlock & factory reset

Insert the bound electronic key into the charging port and touch the fingerprint sensor with any finger. The green light flashes for about 2 seconds, the lock opens and returns to factory settings.

Important

After a factory reset, fingerprints must be registered again. Once an electronic key has been bound to one lock, it cannot be bound to another lock body.

Need help?

Try these quick checks before contacting LEXOR support.

My fingerprint is not recognized

Clean and dry your finger and the sensor. Place the registered finger flat on the sensor. If needed, register the fingerprint again using different parts of the fingertip.

The lock does not respond

Charge the lock using a standard 5V USB-C charger and try again.

The red light appears while registering

This usually means the same area of the finger was scanned repeatedly. Adjust the finger angle and continue the registration.

The green light flashes during normal use

The battery is low. Charge the lock as soon as possible.
